Watch out for those painted nails! Japanese idol group S/mileage threw down the gauntlet against popular Korean idols SNSD at the Idol Summer Festival 2010 today.
The challenge was delivered in a written format to the ‘Genie’ singers, the contents of which are yet to be revealed. S/mileage member Fukuda Kanon (15) candidly commented in an interview, “SNSD is known as the idols with great legs, but we’re fresher.” She continued, “Everyone here, along with our seniors Morning Musume, AKB48, and SNSD are our rivals. However, we have fresh great legs and can’t lose to anyone.” Each member from the aforementioned groups smiled bitterly in response.
